The first round of interviews aimed to help the hiring manager get to know you better, and for you to get to know the position better.
The second round of interviews included feedback on the first interview, case study, and personality test results.
A fantastic experience. The HR team was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The hiring managers valued applicants' attitude more than just skills and experience. They were willing to give opportunities to those with limited experience but a strong desire to learn.
