      Ridiculously long essay with 15 pages of questions, most of them have nothing in common with any business activity. Seems it is just an artificial obstacle to filter out everyone who does value own time. The job interview does not accurately reflect your true skills and expertise can be disappointing and discouraging. It can be especially frustrating when the interviewer does not touch upon the technical skills listed in the job description, indicating a lack of preparation and consideration. It's important for companies to ensure that their hiring process is fair and transparent, with interviewers trained to evaluate candidates based on the specific requirements of the position. When candidates are rejected based on irrelevant or biased questioning, it not only wastes their time but also creates a negative impression of the organization's hiring practices This can be particularly disheartening when technical skills listed in the job description are not discussed during the interview process. Candidates may feel as though they wasted their time preparing for the interview and feel confused about the interviewer's approach. It's important for organizations to ensure that their interviewers are trained to focus on the skills and requirements outlined in the job description to avoid misleading candidates and wasting their time.
