Recruiter screen and manager interview were very straight forward and easy. Technical interview was challenging because they asked questions about myself and why I wanted to work there at the same time as I had to live code.
Overall the interview process was really good. Loved the recruiter and everyone that I spoke to. The only issue I had was during the technical interview. As I was trying to complete the code prompt, the interviewer was also asking me questions like "why are you interested in working here? What are your hopes for this role? etc." I don't know if that's an added challenge layer, but I really struggled to do both at the same time and ended up doing a mediocre job for both. I don't know if that was just a rogue interviewer or if that's actually a part of their process, but if it's the latter, I strongly recommend they change their process. And of course, if it's the former, I strongly recommend they train their employees better on how to conduct interviews.

The interview process was smooth, the interviewers had good communication skills and were informative and transparent with questions I asked. The process was quick and I met with three individuals during the interview stages.
