Second step: Skype interview, 60 minutes, basic questions about working experience. Third step: Interview with HR, background check and personal id submission Fourth step: Offer. You get crossover account, where you have agreement and option to accept. Once you start working, you need to install crossover tool, which is saving all keyboard strokes, mouse clicks, its taking screenshot and webcam picture every 10 minutes.
