My first Interaction with Diamond Healthcare was receiving a call from the kindest HR Leader I have ever had the opportunity to work with. This individual had the brightest demeaner every time I spoke with her. Throughout the hiring process, I truly felt she wanted to best for me even if it wasn't with the organization she was with. She ultimately won me over after working very hard to make the formal offer worth the major life changes I would need to make to move to the area the job opportunity was at. My first interview was with this individual over the phone. She then connected me to to the VP of Operations for the territory I was looking to transfer to. The interviews were Zoom interviews after the initial call. My last interview was with hospital administration of the hospital where the program was housed that I would be managing.
