Diasol interview questions

Horrible, don't walk away RUN away! Right from the get-go, I knew this company and/or management was wrong for me. Monica Abeles sent me a message with grammatical errors in which she wanted to do a phone interview, with pretty basic questions. Then, I confirmed an appointment for an in-person interview. I arrived at the location went inside and got treated very poorly by Monica. The receptionist told me where her office was and said to go into the conference room (she was in her office, and the conference room lights were off making the room pitch dark). I can't be walking into dark rooms I don't know so I head to her office and got yelled at to go to the dark room. That was the first RED Flag. She makes you fill out an application, the same as indeed application information. She then told someone outside to leave in an unfriendly voice. Second RED flag. She then came into the room and reviewed what I wrote down and started saying I have horrible writing. Stating she can't read it. Okay, I understand it was those crappy pens and I usually write everything fast which didn't help. But it's an old habit to review faster and I do have good penmanship if given the chance. Then starts asking me about my coursework and mocks what the university taught me. Its undergraduate information is very broad and basic information. She then sees my asking salary, a reasonable salary compared to other companies, and what other 0-1 year of experience workers have reported. She wants an excellent worker that she can pay peanuts to, honestly. LOOK for other companies. At this point, I know what she is doing, I read personal development books and have worked with people like this in the past, ***she tries to make you feel less and lower your self-esteem*** to see if you lower your salary. Major RED flag Read the review on other websites and you'll see the violations and the motivation of those employees (the employees working in Phx, Filter the results to Phx location and it will let you see the responses from 1 to 2 years ago). From one professional to another move on, don't waste your time! Or gasoline! Note: She was right, I didn't look like I wanted the job, based on all the red flags that I observed from the first few minutes, poor reviews, poor description of the job, grammatical errors, and the attitude she has.

I responded to a posting on Craigslist that included "FDA experience, Equipment maintenance experience, RO experience, Customer Service, water testing, etc. " . I replied in an email on how I have that experience, with some details on where from, as well as my resume. Soon after, I got a call while I was at work and politely informed Monica Abeles that I could not talk but she could call me tomorrow morning... Instead, I get a text message to call her. I called and wanted to know more about the position and pay but she refused to tell me until the interview. So we set up a time/day to interview, of which was her centered around her availability. I got a text confirmation of the data/time. I show up on time to an old warehouse building and nobody answers the door so I call her and she tells me she sent me a text message that the interview had to be postponed. I RECEIVED NO TEXT, and for that matter, who in their right mind texts something like that instead of calls!? I drove 20 miles to get there and had taken the day off work to ensure I wasn't pressed for time and had to go home because she sent the text to "the wrong person". While I was on the phone with her, I asked why the position posted on Craigslist was so different than the one posted on the Diasol website... A very legitimate question! I also wanted to know the pay range.... She, again, refused to provide any explanation until we met for an interview. Red flags went up in my head. Never-the-less, despite her profound disorganization, we rescheduled. I showed up on time and, again, nobody was there, then she drove up... She had old blue jeans and a heavily wrinkled shirt on that looked like it came from a hamper. I was dressed appropriately. More red flags went up. Despite her rotten and crocked teeth that reminded me of a Ferengi, I was eager to speak with her and have her discuss the position, etc. Instead, she fumbles around her desk looking for something in a mess of papers, etc., pulls out a paper application, and wants me to fill it out without discussing anything! Who does that!? I told her again, politely, that I wanted clarification on the position and she was insulted. She started asking me, "well, what do you think we do here?" to avoid answering me, and I correctly replied about what her company does, based on what I had read on the website. She was apparently insulted that she couldn't trip me up with the question and said she didn't think it would work out..... I said thank you for wasting my time and literally walked out on the interview. A warning to all of you considering working at this company: If Monica is that unprofessional, disorganized, and deceptive, image what your job will be like working there. Think about that and believe in yourself... Don't settle for less!
