Initially was briefed it would be a four stage interview process. 1st round with the Head of Recruitment which was refreshing as it was friendly and laid back. Able to discuss more into career history and experience which was transferable. After was advised interviews would be setup by coordinators and after two interviews not going ahead (I waited online for 30 mins) whilst the interviewers would not show and rearranging both 2/3rd stages of interviews it became obvious it wasn't set up well. The third interview was not engaging and the interviewer was asking questions similar to the previous ones which had no flow and I felt as if it was far too informal. I followed up after with the original recruiter about the interview and to ask for feedback, nothing. An email with a survey came through to advise what I felt and then a rejection email. No reasons behind it, the role has been taken off the market and honestly, glad it didn't go further as the recruitment process is massively representative of a company. It looks on paper an amazing opportunity, but to have someone waiting online for two interviews that no one bothers showing up for and having to chase the coordinator to advise that this was happening, shows no communication or value for someone's time.
