Difference Between SRAM and DRAM
Anonymous
SRAM is static meaning it does not need REFRESH to hold the written bit. DRAM is dynamic, meaning it needs REFRESH to hold the written bit that is lost by leakage through the capacitance. SRAM is larger in size as it needs 6 or 4 transistors while DRAM needs only 1 transistor & 1 capacitor.
