It was a group interview with one person from the recruiting dept " people team" and one chef operator " store manager". They set us up in groups of 3-4. You pick 11 legos, you must make a structure from legos that are 8 or 11 inches tall. After you can pick more legos and make structure 8ft tall in 15 seconds in between making the structure in 15 seconds they say make structure 11 inches tall. They want to see how you work with in a team. They then ask what you feel did you succeed or what could you have done differently. After both ppl leave room talk...come back, give all applicants a chip to get your free meal at any diginn. Then they call names of ppl they have chosen to stay and talk to manager explaining your hired. Hopefully you get into a store thats already open and start training right away. Its been 3 weeks since interview and i have yet to start training, still waiting and no one calls you to give you updates if your going to a new store, an already opened store thats hiring or waiting for a store thats hiring so you are not in limbo after they say you're hired. Do not quit your job unless dig inn gives you a exact start date not hire date if your going into a new store so you're not worrying about a paycheck. If you're unemployed keep looking...& interviewing even-though dig inn tells you're hired because they don't communicate when you actually start working! They start at $11 parttime and after raise you to 12 (McDonald's starts at 12.00 in nyc)
