The interview process was pretty laid back. One of the Divisional Merchandise Managers came to my university's career fair and set up an interview for the next day. The first interview was really relaxed and lasted maybe 20 minutes. The premise of this interview was to see if your goals aligned with the program and to get an overview of the program. I heard back that same day that they wanted me to come to Little Rock for the second and final round of interviews. They picked me up in one of their private jets and flew me to LR. The first day consisted of store tours, meeting current program participants, and a networking mixer with buyers and DMMs. They provided transportation and food the whole time. The next day started with two 30-minute interviews with two of the DMMS. Depending on who you interviewed with determined the structure of the interview. Some of the DMMs were more laid back than others. After those interviews we went to lunch and got back on the plane. I heard back two days later that I got an offer.
