Initial phone call. Then zoom interview with a recruiter and one of the directors. The interview went smoothly and those interviewing me were very welcoming and made me feel at ease.

I applied and received a follow-up phone call the next day to schedule an in-person interview for the following week. The interview went amazingly and I felt so comfortable with the people in the office. Long story short, I was offered the job and started about 2 weeks after my interview.
