Interview
The recruiter for this role contacted me via email asking to speak with me via phone. Myself and the recruiter spoke for about 20-25 minutes in regards why I was interested in the role and I also went over my resume. The recruiter then asked me 3 behavioral questions that basically were "knock out questions."
I moved to the 2 round of interviews. Which consisted of one in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. And 3 phone interviews with the managers on the team that are located in different states. I also took a tour of the facility, which was nice because I got to see the culture at the site.
Each interviewer allowed me to explain my background and ask questions, and they all asked me structured behavioral questions.

Interview
I was contacted by a sourcer for a prescreening interview and was not contacted back. When the sourcer closed my call they set the expectation that I would be notified, either way, positive or negative. I did not. I received nothing. I reached out to the sourcer after 2 weeks and was told the position was closed, a decision was made and another candidate selected. While I understand the process, I'm in recruiting, my expectation from this company was high due to brand awareness. Sorry to say they fell short.

Very basic prescreening questions aligned to the minimum requirements posted and discussed the commute to office based location.

Interview
Unprofessionally. The recruiter was 10 minutes late and never apologized. He didn't take time to explain the position. He was extremely rude. I assume I'm no longer being considered but never heard back as he promised. Remember, candidates are Discover customers so they should be treated as such.
