I did the application online then did the assessment. I received a call within a week. Talked with the recruiter for a little over an hour and was offered the position at the end of the call. Interview was a mix of formal and informal conversations. Very nice interviewer and a very good recruiter!

Tell me about a challenging situation in a prior job.
The interview was different than typical personality assessments. They had you put personal attributes in order from strongest to weakest on premade cards that they had. They also asked you a list of normal interview questions in scenario form. They then talked about your schedule, benefits and when you would be expected to work.

Interview
The first interview is over the phone. The second interview will be in person. The recruiter for this location was very quick to respond after I applied, which I know many of us can appreciate. She was very kind and professional while making the interview more conversational versus stiff. I'd love to work for this company if only this position paid a bit more.
