Interview
It was a simple and straight forward process. I believe they asked fair and appropriate questions to see how you would handle similar situations that you may encounter. They made sure that the candidate would be a great fit and that they would do well in the position and not just be another body. For anyone who has worked in a call center before knows, it can take a toll on your mental health and they acknowledge that and keep that in mind going in and while you work there to make sure that you are taken care of.

I don't remember the questions per word, but some of the questions asked were along the lines of how I would handle or de-escalate a situation or handle my own emotions in a situation to remain professional.
Two rounds of interviews. The first was just with the talent acquisition specialist, and the second was with the manager of the team I would be working on. Both were very nice and helpful, and answered all the questions I had about working for the company in great detail.
