Completed a video recording interview with prerecorded questions, then face to face interview- seemed very simple at the time and easy enough. Interviewer was friendly but never got back to me if I got the job or not and I got pretty far into the process so that was frustrating. Overall not a great experience due to them ghosting me.

I applied on the Discovery Inc website and got an email a few days later requesting a video interview. It had 8 questions, 2 were writing questions and the other 6 were videoed. It felt like talking to a wall because the questions weren't even asked verbally, but written on the side of the screen. You get about 30 seconds to prepare for each question before it begins recording, and then a certain amount of time to answer each question. I had plenty of time for each. I got an email a few days later requesting an onsite interview.

Phone Call with HR. Followed up with an email to set up a video interview. Video Interview. Asks 3-5 Questions. Timed Interview. In-Person Interview with 2-3 members of the department. Meet team members and walk the office.
