Interview
Interview was too lengthy as the first round was competitive programming on DoSelect platform but to make to next round you have to score at-least 66% of correct answers, after that they assigned Task of making API, it was tricky but doable in short time constraint. After that they will evaluate your code and logic, if everything went smooth then you'll push forward to next round. 3 technical round followed by 1 HR round by the founders.
It was too frustrating when they called for interview after my task for the next round. The employee who was interviewing had a very arrogant and egoistic nature. The interview starts from the questions, No introduction, No Discussion. And all apart when person started asking questions, the questions were not relevant to the profile which i applied for. So far it is a startup but at very end i felt that they don't know how to recruit and also they don't know how to respect the person and knowledge. (Quick fact- DoSelect is good platform, since they don't even have any search option and they're competing other platform like hackerearth. Soselect Never going to achieve that fame.) As they're not sure about the person's skills, so they kept numbers of rounds. (No one with an experience will going to apply and they want pro's). The Worst interview process of my life. The worst inner work environment and culture. Never go for this company if you're really looking for growth and learn.
