The interview process first involved a behavioral and cognitive assessment on BRYQ. The second step was a coding assessment requiring the completion of a small project, that was related to the role and coding languages of the application. The exercise had to be completed in a limited amount of time. The exercise was followed with an interview with a manager to talk about the delivered project and other related experiences, mainly discussing structural choices and code explanation. No theory questions were asked during the interview. This was followed with an interview with a higher manager, which was a quick chat about past related experiences. Lastly, the process involved an interview with HR, discussing strengths and weaknesses, future expectations, and vision alignment.
