I applied online, heard back one week later, and then had a phone interview one week after that. The phone interview went well and the interviewer even said I would be a great fit. She said I would hear back by the end of the week letting me know about next steps, but I never heard back. Nothing. I sent several follow-up emails to ask for feedback, but I still, months later, haven't heard a word. Very disappointing and unprofessional. A copy-and-paste rejection email is better than nothing. I spoke to two friends who interviewed with Dooly earlier in the year and both said they had the exact same experience... lots of promises and niceties with zero response or follow-up. Just wasted time and left in the dark.
