I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dooly (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2022
Interview
I actually enjoyed the interview process. It lasted about two weeks in total.
HR kept in touch throughout the process, updating me on the next steps.
I felt like the interviews were really trying to get a sense of who I was both personally and professionally.
The people & culture here are amazing!

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Dooly?
What do you know about Dooly?
How did you hear of us?
I applied for the position Head of People & Culture (Interim) through Indeed. The process was easy, just uploaded my resume and no need to retype everything into their applicant tracking system.
With my 10+ years experience in HR, multiple certifications, and direct level experience for the role, I was hopeful I would be noticed for the position.
Within an hour I was sent the first rejection email. And then another. And another. And another!!
I give credit to this Company for being decisive in deeming that I wasn't a fit, however the continued rejection emails for the one job I applied to are unnecessary.
Thank you so much for your interest in Dooly and I'm sorry that you had that experience! We're taking a look as to why that happened - it seems there may have been a glitch in our ATS that resulted in it sending out multiple emails. We really appreciate you letting us know so that we can ensure it doesn't happen again.
All the best in your job search!

The interview process was very well organized and everyone I had the opportunity to chat with were so welcoming! There were 3 rounds of interviews and an assignment component. It took about 3 weeks altogether!
