There were 4 rounds of interview. Here's a breakdown. 1st- recruiter 2nd- account director 3rd- managing director 4th- hr business partner The 2nd and 3rd rounds were the most crucial. The questions were mostly behavioural and whether or not your goals and/or past experiences align with the company's culture. The key to doing well for this interview is to look as cheerful and confident as possible. Overall, it was a very smooth process, interviews were set up quickly one after another.

Hiring manager is really quick and supportive, which was a rare experience. All interviewers were friendly and answered all questions you raised. They definitely notify you of the outcome. You need to be well-prepared of the company.
