I get the interview from recruiter. I get 1:1 interview with Leader and phone interviewing with Leader and Manager as well as other staffs from Regional. They care about the real experiences and solutions. The process took about 3 weeks. Dow doesn't contact directly with candidate, recruiter only contact by phone through all the process. Even they confirm onboarding date, I still did not receive any email from both Dow and recruiter. And this end up with I was too tired to give up.
