Interview
1 hour long interview. Mainly talked about research for about 30 mins with a lot of interruptions and questions in between, followed by behavioral questions such as why do you want to Dow etc. Probably the only company so far in this league to have asked for a recommendation letter from your research advisor.
Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility

On-site interview with multiple interviewers asking specific questions based on my resume and work related experience. Some behavioral type interview questions related to how I work with others and how I handle certain difficult situations
