Interview process started with on campus interviews as a prescreen exercise. Moved on to interviews on campus in a 1 on 1 setting. Last stage was a full day interview at company headquarters for commercial role. Very thorough process and with many different stakeholders. Truly looking to find candidates that fit their values and objectives. Great experience overall - most challenging interview i had.
The interview session consists of group discussion and individual interview. The group discussion is talking about organizational and business problem and we have to solve the problem given and present it.

Interview
Interviewed with 2 Dow representatives. All questions were behavioral based and interview lasted about 45 minutes. There were also other students interviewing at the same time. Overall good experience. Very nice people.

I went through campus requirement in Oct. 2018, the first interview was with two people that were working as account managers. They were nice and they asked behavioral questions based on my previous experience.
