The interview process was smooth, 3 interviews are done, one with hr, one with team lead and then with management. It was very pleasant and very personality centred. They do not really care how many diplomas you have, but more of the type of person you are, which is great.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DrSmile (Berlin) in Sept 2022
Interview
Excellent conversation, clear expectations made by them. I was happy to see they pay attention to diversity and respecting this in their hiring process. Clear contract-agreements, no fuss. You will get 1 or 2 conversations with stakeholders before you hear the result.

What is the one thing you would implement that could be a direct win towards our organization, based on what you have seen so far?
I just had an interview with HR where they asked typical first-meeting questions. They scheduled a follow-up interview for me, but few hours before it was supposed to happen, they sent an email saying they had closed the position.
