Draper Member Of Technical Staff interview questions

1 hour presentation with multiple 30 min one on one discussions. Fairly standard with lots of questions from the team. One on one delved deeper into some of the project specific requirements.

Phone interview, followed by an on-site visit where I gave an hour-long technical presentation followed by a series of one-on-one interviews with the team members. They mostly covered my background, qualifications, and my approach to some hypothetical problems. Laid-back atmosphere, and it was nice getting to personally know the team and what they did as well.
