Very thorough in the interview process. Multiple people interviewed me, and all had an interesting perspective to add. They were forthcoming about the questions I asked. They were good about clearly defining the role I was interviewing for.

The second step is the First interview onsite to talk about your portfolio
The next step is to have a second interview with designers or directors to talk about your portfolio
6 weeks overall...took a personality test, which was actually insulting and made many wild assumptions. After all this time and effort, finally got a "your background wasn't what we were looking for." Complete waste of time.
