      Tech Policy Fellow Interview

      31 Mar 2025

      Application

I interviewed at Duco (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

I reached the second interview where their questions really caught me off guard. The recruiter told me they would be asking me about my experiences, but instead the questions were very industry-specific like asking me what my thoughts are on the current tech policy landscape and what tech companies I would most like to work with and why and explain my thoughts on their current tech policies. It just caught me off guard and felt like they were testing my current knowledge, rather than my ability to effectively take on the role.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe examples of current companies you would like to work with in terms of tech policy and how you would change something they're currently doing.
