I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Duly Health and Care (Glen Ellyn, IL) in Jan 2010
Interview
I did not have any health care experience when I applied for this job. I was brought in to interview for a manager position in a new venture the company was going into. I first interviewed with a person who would be a co-manager, this interview lasted 2 hours. I was then brought into the office of the Executive Director of Patient Accounts who also interviewed me for about an hour, asking questions about how I handled employees, stress, difficulties with equipment. She then asked about working with contractors, as that was a necessary part of the job while the location was being built. the last part of the interview was with the CEO of the company who really did not ask alot of job related questions but more life related questions.

I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Duly Health and Care (Downers Grove, IL)
Interview
I had several interviews with several people in the process and the HR team was great about keeping me informed along the way. You meet the Human Resources person, then the department leader, then maybe an executive leader like the Chief Operating Officer, then a group of people within the department. After all that, you either get an offer or you don't.
