VERY DISAPPOINTED! The interview process for the part time position and people were actually great but when it came down to offer the job, they decided to switch the position hours and days of wok and made it impossible to accept. Don’t understand why they can’t to stick to what they post.

Give an example of a situation taking care of a disgruntled customer…what was the situation, how did you handle it and what was the outcome.

Interview
Quick, very laid back. Dress nice, be early. Speak clearly and with confidence. Be prepared to answer questions on how you have handled a situation in the past. Be honest in what qualifications you have for the job, they will train you.
Just have to be friendly and your in! It was pretty straight forward interview. First you interview with the human resource recruiter and then with the department supervisor. Pretty straightforward. If you’re lucky, you’ll get an offer within a week.
