I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dungarvin in May 2019
Interview
This process was quite some time ago, but may still be used in some of their programs today. There were two program counselors conducting the meeting. There were also other candidates in the meeting as well. We were sat around a table and asked about how we would react in different scenarios. Which, after a few people, became very difficult to think of another way to handle something that someone else hadn't said. Now, when I think back on the situation, it was because you will need to have the skill of having to quickly think about different ways to handle something that happens randomly. This was the portion that stood out to me as the toughest part of that interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Something to the effect of: What would you do in a situation where someone acted out of the ordinary in a public space, how would you handle it?
It was pretty typical. I spoke to them briefly, I had a good interaction, and I said I'd reach out later if I was still looking for work. I would recommend them for their interviewing process, but this is all of the experience I had.
The interview process was very smooth and easy going. The staff who did the interview was was very detailed about the job and why I didn't understand broke everything down so I could. So far this is the best company I have worked with
