Went through a screening with two interviews and then met hiring manager, director of SE`s and another Sales executive. It all went well and was informed about the process going forward. Had a very positive impression of the company and the people. However, I have been totally left in the cold afterwards and get no response from the hiring team. Very unprofessional, and my impression of the company has completely changed

Interview
First interview with HR was great. Second interview left me with many questions. Tope of the interview I explicity asked what is important and what are you looking for to be successful in the role. I was given a very short stock answer. Was then told the growth rate in the Bay area was 80-90% not the company 30% as published. Unheard of. End of the interview was told he is looking for a candidate with an extensive rolodex. More questions; why do you need a rolodex with a 880-90% growth rate? As well, for a 6-7 digit sale price rolodex relationships will not forklift or implement a $6-7 digit solution sale. What will you need when the rolodex runs dry?
