Applied through campus career fair in 2016. Was called for an interview on-site. The interview was conducted by 3 people. Questions were mostly on my resume, my six sigma greenbelt, projects I had worked on. After following up for a couple of times, the recruiter said they would not be moving ahead with me. Applied through campus career fair in 2017 again. Was scheduled for an interview which got cancelled a couple of days before the interview because the project was cancelled. The HR manager called me up and explained the reason which I really appreciate.
