2 interviews total, one was at corporate office and included a typing speed test as well as a general "mental wellness" test.. followed by an HR interview. The second was with the department itself.

Interview
The interview process immediately starts by asking what our current salary is and making a very low and non-negotiable offer for the current market and conditions offered.
Right after you are asked if you are asked "you are probably not interested in the offer anymore right?"
The process is very informal but needs to be largely improved.
