EC Business Solutions interview questions

The interview process seems to involve you applying for fake jobs. Having applied, I had an initial telephone interview, and then after two weeks, it was decided that the company was no longer hiring. i find it somewhat concerning that the company is no poorly organised, and shows such contempt for prospective employees.
