The interview process is well-developed and thorough. It is as follows: 3-step process: Application, 1-on-1 Interview and 2-Day Group Interview/Practicum 1-on-1 Interview covers not just your background but seeks “why” you want to do student tours. 2-Day Group Interview requires you to demonstrate how you research, prepare and deliver information on a preselected topic while on tour.

It was a long interview with different tasks. Some of them we have been already informed about, some of them you find out on the spot. I don't like the interviewers at all, although they are not experienced enough in the sector, they look down on you.
