I went through a very long selection process. After a 15 min pitch with higher management, three interviews with three different employees, I never received a feedback. I had to contact them only to hear I was not taken. But my CV stayed in the system and one month after I was contacted by another manager, with whom I had another interview, for after beeing selected.
