I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview process lacked guidance. I was honest about my qualifications early one. I had mentioned I had no previous teaching experience several times throughout the interview process. Then after going through two interviews, them asking for my passport information, diploma, references; I get an email saying that they cannot give me the position because I do not have over two years of full-time teaching experience. The website does not show this as a requirement, I told the interviewer that I did not have experience and she said it was fine. It was a complete waste of time.

Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
