I was first contacted by HR for a zoom screening which I thought went really well. I was then contacted to set up a two hour interview with three different people I'd be working with. The communication after providing availability could have been better. After a time was finally set up, I prepared for the interview. During the interview, I got the sense from the manager that they already had someone picked.
