The interview was fairly straightforward, although it seemed they were looking at my resume for the first time. The interview consisted of them asking me to elaborate on some of the points on my resume. They also asked some easy questions, trying to get to know me, but by this time, both panelists seemed in a rush, the hiring manager checking his watch after every question. At one point, the other panelist's phone went off as if they were watching a video. Near the end, they let me ask them some questions. I asked them what they liked about working at EHRA, and both panelists had difficulty answering the question. I also asked when I would hear from them, and they told me about a month or so. I never heard back from anyone.
