The interview process began with several virtual MS TEAMS interviews with hiring team, progressed to 2 rounds of on site, individual and panel interviews. The degree of difficulty depends on how well the interviewee and interview are prepared. In my case, I was prepared and all those who I interviewed with came well prepared. From a general sense, I wouldn't say the interviews were difficult, but moderately challenging in that interviewing with CSuite can be intimidating to a degree. All interviewers were well prepared. The hiring executive knew exactly what they were looking for and was very direct and to the point, as expected. regardless of their level within the organization, everyone was polite, friendly and very professional.
