I was being contacted by the HR based in the Hong Kong office at first. She asked for my resume and then gave me a phone call for the first round interview. Even though the position is in China, the whole procession of the interview is in English. In the first round phone call interview, HR specialist asked me about my educational background and my past working experience. After that, she arranged an on-site interview for me, which is also the last round. In an on-site interview, there are two persons; one is a senior engineer who has over ten years of working experience in the safety field. The other one is a partner, with twenty years of working experience. At first, they asked me a little about my background information. Then they asked almost all the details about my previous working experience. I described my daily work to them. In the end, they asked me why I choose to become a consultant, since my past experience is an engineer.
