The process consisted of three stages, and the lack of professionalism was evident throughout. The first was an introductory call, but the interviewer acted like a robot simply ticking boxes on a checklist rather than actually caring about my professional background or experience.
The second stage was a 40-minute English assessment. The interviewer showed up 12 minutes late, casually using a previous interview as an excuse. Prior to the final stage, I took the initiative to perform QA on their official website. I found multiple bugs and sent them a detailed report, expecting to demonstrate my proactivity and value.
The final stage was a 1.5-hour technical interview, and once again, the interviewers arrived 15 minutes late. When I brought up my background and the bug report I had submitted, they completely ignored it and showed zero interest. Instead, they just threw a rapid-fire round of 7 theoretical questions at me (of which I answered 5 correctly).
After that, there was complete silence until I received a generic, automated rejection email. They lacked the basic decency to even say "thank you" for the free QA work and the bugs I reported. The human element at this company is completely absent, and they clearly do not respect candidates' time.
