The interview process can be both insightful and rigorous depending on your level of communication proficiency. There will be an initial stage with a group discussion round, after which there will be 2 rounds of interviews with HR and your reporting manager. Interviews will test your quick-thinking and alignment to the role, with questions ranging from why you make a good fit to logical reasoning and situational awareness questions. The interviewers will be cooperative and supportive throughout the process however.
