I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Eckoh (Hemel Hempstead, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
First interview was via Teams with HR. This was a relaxed interview to discuss the role and culture.
Second interview was again via Teams with HR and Team Leader
Third was a face to face presentation on a product and personal achievements. This was with the Head of Department, Team Lead as well as a Account Manger from the USA.
All staff involved made sure it was a relaxed but professional process
As a result I feel they got a better understanding of me and the skill set I have. I certainly got a clear idea of the position as well as Eckoh as a whole.
It was a lengthy process (over 8 weeks) however this was driven more by timings rather than anything else.
Although I did not get offered a position I would be say to anyone being offered a interview that Eckoh will make you feel welcome.
I wish the successful candidate the best for the future at Eckoh.
Would certainly consider a role with the company in the future

Interview
The interview process at Eckoh was a very positive experience. I firstly had an informal call with Lisa (HR) to establish my experience and what I was looking for and I was provided with more information on the company and also the job spec. She only had good things to say about the company and was very welcoming, I felt comfortable talking with her and being honest about my situation being a working mum of two young children.
From here I had a more formal virtual interview, which was also positive, I felt supported and this allowed me to ask more questions about the role and the business. I then had an in-person interview and had to prepare a presentation. On arrival, I was given a tour of the office which is really nice space. I had a few more questions to ask, and the team were very happy to answer all my questions.
Overall it was a good experience, everyone I met was extremely friendly, I never felt like I was being asked questions to 'catch me out' which can happen during interview processes, but this was definitely not the case here.
