Applied via company website after seeing posting on LinkedIn, knowing a current employee was a big plus in getting the initial phone screening with HR Recruiter. Afterwards had three separate 45min to an 1hr long phone interviews over the course of a month. They were quick to communicate progress after each round and I received an offer about a week after final interview.
