Edgar's Bakery interview questions

Interviewer was late by almost 30 minutes, offered no apology for the tardiness which should have been my cue to leave. Much of the interview was spent with the interviewer talking, not asking me questions. It was very odd. I was told the owners never come in, but they will watch you on camera. The salary range listed in the ad on indeed is not actually what they are offering. I was told two consecutive off days is not possible. They want you to commit to 11 hours per day with one of those hours being a “break” in the middle of the day. Mandatory 6 day work weeks for salaried employees (read: no OT) during holiday weeks. All in all I was in shock reading the Glassdoor reviews prior to my interview, but now I can see why people do not enjoy working there. The culture seems very lacking.

They asked personal questions and basically asked if I was ok with being over worked. The environment was chaotic and not well organized. I would not recommend this company. I was asked the normal questions but near the end it drifted off.
