I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Edgewater Networks (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had 3 phone interviews with the Sr. VP of Business Development, Sr. VP of Marketing and Product Management, and Sr. VP of Worldwide Sales. After those interviews I flew to San Jose and had five more interviews. The interview process was somewhat informal, but it was a good representation of the company, laid-back.

Interview
I applied online and the first phone interview took 15 minutes. the second interview with technical questions scheduled after 1+ weeks.
My technical interviewer was so unprofessional and he asked me about something unrelated based on the job description. Worst phone interview that I ever had.He called me 15 minutes late after I emailed them for a remind. when I was answering his questions, he said he needs to jump off and he has another meeting.

Interview
First I received a call from the HR lady. After that there was a phone interview with an engineer at the company. He asked pretty standard stuff like what did you do at Company X and what projects I worked on. Later I was called for an in person interview at their head quarters. I was done in about 3 hours.
