Poor communication after interview.
Was told they’d let me know the outcome on a specific day and over 2 weeks later no contact despite numerous times chasing.
Wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t give a date for outcome but poor practice for such a large organisation in the charity sector.
Wouldn’t want to work for a company based on that.
Pre-interview test at home and then online interview. Interviewers were the potential supervisors. I was asked about some structured role based questions. The interview lasted for 45 minutes as scheduled.
