got a call from a recruiter, to schedule 30 mins call, after this initial screening by phone got another phone interview with two hiring managers, after that an individual assessment centre at Edward Lynx, and final face-to-face meeting with head of function - it took around 4 month total from the initial call to the job offer.

Interview
Lengthy - many meetings were held and all independently. As a candidate that was currently employed, I had to take leave often to continue with this process. I would have hoped there was a panel interview and joint decision made instead of individual meetings.
