      Promotion Interview

      4 Sept 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      El Dorado Hills, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elixir (El Dorado Hills, CA) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Over the phone. But as with most it was a waste of time because they already know who they want to promote. So basically when they pay an open position, they are really only doing it for legal purposes. I would rather they just tell the person they want to apply and leave it at that. Or just promote their chosen employee and stop wasting everyone else's time!
